Christopher Construction is a General Contractor that has served Snohomish and King Counties since 1979. We built our business and longevity on the referrals of previous clients. It is our philosophy that the care we invest with each client naturally produces referrals. Our cumulative experience covers drafting, design, cabinet making, residential new construction, residential remodels, new commercial construction, and commercial tenant improvements. A tenant improvement is a commercial remodel of existing buildings, which may include updating, redesign, complete build-out, or minor repair work. Christopher Construction can renovate entire offices or just update windows, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, casework, electrical and more to make the space fit the needs and character of the business. We have done tenant improvements in banks, chiropractic offices, doctors offices/clinics, dentist offices, restaurants, attorneys offices, manufacturing spaces and retail spaces.
